SHIPPING

I ship jewelry within 8-10 days through USPS with a confirmation number.  After your purchase, you will receive your tracking number once your order has shipped. 

RETURNS

​If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to send the original item back to me within 14 days of the shipping date for a refund.  

REPAIRS

​If for any reason your handmade item requires a repair, please email me me and I will repair your piece and send it back to you!

CUSTOM ORDERS

​I am happy to work with you to create a one-of-a-kind custom piece that you will love! Send me an email and we can work together.

GIFTS

​If the item you purchase is a gift, please specify in the comment section during checkout, and I can provide a custom note along with the item if you write your message along with it. 

SPECIAL OCCASION

​If you would like an item by a specific date for a special occasion, please contact me so that we can assure you receive your item on time for the special day.
