FAQs + Shipping Information


I ship jewelry within 8-10 days through USPS with a confirmation number.  After your purchase, you will receive your tracking number once your order has shipped. 


If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please feel free to send the original item back to me within 14 days of the shipping date for a refund.  


If for any reason your handmade item requires a repair, please email me me and I will repair your piece and send it back to you!


I am happy to work with you to create a one-of-a-kind custom piece that you will love! Send me an email and we can work together.


If the item you purchase is a gift, please specify in the comment section during checkout, and I can provide a custom note along with the item if you write your message along with it. 


If you would like an item by a specific date for a special occasion, please contact me so that we can assure you receive your item on time for the special day.
